About this apartment rental
This 3BR/3BA Condo has a fabulous view of the one of the golf courses and will make your next visit to North Myrtle Beach unforgettable. This 2nd floor condo in an elevator building has everything you need to enjoy your stay and feel right at home. This spacious property has been updated with all new furniture and beachy decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make the best meals and enjoy your family time. The dining room has plenty of room and it is right off the living area. Relax in the spacious living room or hang out on the large balcony. There are 2 recliners with a large sofa to sit and watch TV or spend quality time with your family.
The primary suite is very spacious and has a King bed with its own ensuite bathroom with a walkin shower and jacuzzi. The 2nd bedroom has two queens with a sitting area with a couch. The 2nd bedroom has its own large bathroom with jacuzzi too. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom attached too. There are large flat screen TVs in the living room and two bedrooms so you can watch your favorite shows. There is also a laundry room off the kitchen with a brand new full size washer and dryer. There is a back access to the garage area so you can park your vehicle and walk right up to the condo right from the garage.
The balcony is perfect for having your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail which overlooks the 11th Hole of the Golf Course. This quiet community is great for families and golfers. The Havens has a great community pool that is walking distance away. Or you can take the free shuttle in the summer to the North Tower pool (with special pass) or to the beach access. The beach is only a couple of miles away so you can easily drive as well.
Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship golf courses or check out the many courses in the area. Ask us about tee times. Barefoot Landing is right down the street and has many restaurants, shops and attractions to enjoy. Check out The House of Blues, Duplin Winery, Alabama Theater or Lulu's! You will love the variety of places to go.

Our Unit was awesome! We enjoyed our time here, everything from the unit to the pool to shopping, attractions was awesome! It was stormy but that did not stop anything. We will definitely return!

Place is beautiful. The third BR, the smallest one, could use a small side table beside the bed. The primary bedroom with the King bed, no air flow in that room whatsoever. Vents were open but it was very hot in the room for the entire stay.
