Guests have access to the entire condo except for one locked owner’s closet in the primary bedroom.

- Minimum booking age is 23. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full reservation, and a government-issued ID may be requested before check-in.
- No pets, smoking or vaping, or large gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
- 8 pool passes and 2 electronic access cards are provided. Please return them at checkout. HOA replacement fees are $200 per lost access card and $50 per lost pool pass.
- Private grills are not permitted on the patio, but community charcoal grills are available near the pool.
- We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee and other basics.
- Weekly and monthly discounts are available, including longer winter stays.
