Havens #1136 is a very spacious and luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located in the secure and upscale community in Barefoot Resort. Situated on the 3rd floor in this secure Building 11 and accessible by elevator, this condo boasts stunning views of the Norman Golf Course and provides access to the pool and grill area within the Havens community.
The kitchen is very spacious and perfect for cooking. It has everything you need to make whatever you want including a crock pot and a blender. With the granite countertops, you will have plenty of space to enjoy creating your favorite meals. There is also a small TV mounted in the kitchen area so you can watch cooking shows or sports. The dining room is right off the kitchen so it is perfect for entertaining. There is enough seating for 6 around the table with additional seating in the kitchen for a quick bite.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a smart TV for entertainment. The 2nd bedroom offers a a king bed, while the 3rd bedroom features a full bed with a large en suite bathroom too. Another full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Additionally, there is a full-size washer and dryer in a large laundry room for added convenience during your stay. The spacious living area provides ample seating for everyone and includes a large flat-screen TV for entertainment and an electric fireplace.
