The location & amenities were great. Newer Townhouse and nice neighborhood.
Did not like that trash is only picked up once a week on Thursdays, so if the house it rented from Thursday to Sunday, and then from Sunday to Thursday, the trash sits the whole week of your stay until the Thursday you check out. Made numerous calls to have trash picked up from previous renters but no response. Also, if a major thing is broken and needs to be replaced like the master bathroom shower door, you do not rent the place until it is repaired and also make the renters aware of the situation before renting to them. There was no communication regarding the master bathroom door and no further accommodations offered. It turned out to be very hazardous and someone was hurt as a result.
