This beautiful newly built three-story townhouse is located in The Townes at Barefoot. This townhouse is conveniently located just minutes from the Intracoastal Waterway and the main resort pool. With the scrumptious onsite resort restaurants, including The Marina Bar and Grill, Putter’s Pub, and the Barefoot Market Café, there is no need to go far for great food! Hop on our seasonal shuttle and enjoy the quick trip across the waterway to the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance at Barefoot Landing. The shuttle can also take you to the main resort pool and to Barefoot Landing, where you can shop, dine, and be entertained.
On the first floor, you will find the gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room. The spacious gourmet kitchen is filled with a wonderful array of cookware and everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal at home. There is a complete dining room with comfortable seating for six and a breakfast bar with two additional stools. The spacious living room is right off of the kitchen. There is ample space for everyone with a sofa and two chairs. The open-concept layout makes for easy conversation while enjoying the TV in the living room. A half bath off the living area conveniently serves you or friends dropping over. Just off the living room is a divine screened-in lanai. Comfortable furnishings await you there for total relaxation, morning coffee, or afternoon cocktails.
On the second floor, you will find the master suite and two additional bedrooms. The master suite is outfitted with a beautiful king bed, dresser, and a flat-screen TV. A private bath also adjoins the master suite. The second and third bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds and flat-screen TV. There is a full bath in the hall serving the two bedrooms and a neatly tucked away laundry room right beside the bathroom.
On the third floor, you will find an additional master suite, impeccably decorated with upscale furnishings and posh bedding.
