Welcome to Surf and Sand Dollars, your beautifully updated Cape Cod retreat with breathtaking ocean views and all the comforts of home. Perfectly located just minutes from the excitement of downtown Seaside, this charming home offers easy access to arcades, rides, shopping, dining, and the iconic Promenade. Enjoy watching surfers or exploring the nearby Lewis and Clark Discovery Trail—all just steps from your door.
Inside, the spacious and light-filled great room is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Large ocean-view windows in the living and dining areas provide a stunning backdrop, while the hardwood floors, contemporary furnishings, and electric fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, with a quaint two-seat dining nook ideal for morning coffee or evening wine.
This thoughtfully designed home offers plenty of privacy and space for everyone, with five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms spread across two levels. On the main floor, you'll find three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a half bath. Upstairs, the main bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, while another bedroom and an additional full bath provide even more comfort. Cozy details like a window seat tucked into an upstairs dormer and TVs in the bedrooms add an extra touch of relaxation and charm.
Step outside to enjoy the ocean-view front porch, a small deck, and fresh coastal air. Whether you're unwinding with a good book, sipping a drink, or simply taking in the view, these outdoor spaces offer the perfect place to relax.
Surf and Sand Dollars is the perfect home base for exploring the wonders of the North Oregon Coast. Seaside's lively downtown is just minutes away, and you’re also a short drive from Cannon Beach and Astoria—two vibrant coastal towns with endless activities, shops, and dining options. From stunning beaches and scenic hikes to exciting local attractions, the best of the Oregon Coast is at your fingertips.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $200 (2 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

This was easily the cleanest rental we have stayed in in a very long time. Whoever the cleaning person is, they deserve a raise. Especially considering that it is a pet friendly home, we were very impressed. This house accommodated my large family nicely with plenty of room and great hide and seek spots and games for all ages. The only down side would be that the hot water runs out very quickly. We spread showers throughout the day and not everyone took one each day, and there was still inevitably someone who got a cold shower each day. However, everything else about the house made up for it. We come to Seaside every year, and this will be a house we look into again in the future.

Our stay was great. Pet friendly with large dog bed and crate. The house was very well stocked and we enjoyed many meals there. It accommodated 7 adults and 3 children comfortably. We love watching the waves by the gas insert fireplace. Also, had fun razor clamming on Seaside’s beach!

House is bigger than expected and dog friendly! They have provided a crate and toys and even poop bags in a drawer in the kitchen. We hit the perfect weekend in February. Was warmer than expected and sunny! I highly recommend heading down to Manzanita. There are some great beaches on the way and that town has a cute little winery (dog friendly) with orderves and snacks. We had a great time!

This home is perfect for a fun beach getaway. They provide just about everything you would need and there are lots of extra touches. The Customer Service team was great to work with!
