Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko pieszo do najważniejszych punktów miasta, w pobliżu piękny park. Spokojna i cicha okolica. Przestronne mieszkanie z kuchnią i dwoma oddzielnymi sypialniami.

Obiekt znajduje się w piwnicy budynku, przez co czuć lekką wilgoć i po długiej nieobecności w mieszkaniu unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach. Przez to ciężko przewietrzyć mieszkanie i łazienkę.

Difficult parking arrangements. Smaller cars have no issues.

The property is located in a central area of the city, across the street from Cismigiu. It is a demi-basement apartment (some windows look toward the building inner courtyard and garages, some toward the street). There is a large living, area large master bedroom, a smaller bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. All the rooms have doors, which is great for noise insulation. The apartment is very comfortable. We received very detailed instructions about accessing the apartment, and everything went well in that respect.

One of the twin beds in the smaller bedroom made a (pretty loud) noise when my son turned around, but it was no big deal. The real issue was parking. We were directed to park in the apartment's individual garage, which was in the building's small private courtyard. The garage is very narrow, you have to do a lot of maneuvering to get inside, and once the garage doors are closed, the neighbors park their cars in front of the garage doors and block your car inside. Parking in the courtyard is not an option, because then you block somebody else's garage and they (not nicely) tell you to move your car. Parking on the street is an option, if you can find space, but you have to park (partially) on the sidewalk (it's a narrow street and everyone parks that way) and you can get a fine if you don't leave enough space on the (narrow) sidewalk for possible passers-by.
