Location was great - practically, in the center of the most touristy area in Sofia. Easy access to dozens restaurants, shops etc. Balcony facing inwards so the nigh noises did not bother too much (although on Sunday nights it was quite loud)

Service. Asked for extra pillow cases - never showed up. Asked for an additional red wine glass (there was only one) - after two days they delivered two more but different glasses (one for white, one for champagne). Shower got constantly clogged, had to clean it up the clog several times by bare hand. Washing machine extremely noisy (how do the neighbors survive?). Asked for laundry detergent - the answer was "we do not supply that". Which is weird - in the same token they shouldn't provide neither dishwasher soap nor any other supply. On the other hand - found two packs of condoms in the wardrobe (of that they did care) - thanks, but no - thanks. Communication - not great. Responding the messages in Booking.com - 24 hours or so. Looks like not a service-oriented management company.
