The house felt like home and had everything you needed. Sue was very helpful and left lovely little touches, valentines chocolates, flowers and pancakes. She also has a pantry cuboard with useful stock of essentials and homemade marmalade and jam. Left milk and tea coffee and hot chocolate. A good amount of towels and lovely shampoo, soap, shower gel and hand cream. Plenty of games and books and the house was a tardis the pictures do not do it justice, beautifully furnished with lots of art. Slept the 5 of us very comfortably with spare bed and had plenty of space, the living area was large, we didnt use the main living room as the garden living room with the heated floor was perfect. We came up for a family wedding so had visitors and cooked a sunday roast for 8 and could easily have had more of us. A very useful visitor guide with details of local eateries and places to visit which we took her advice and was pleased with everything we tried. As it had been so wet the waterfalls at low and high force were glorious however the most thrilling was visiting Gibsons cave waterfall as you could get behind this. The walks locally were also lovely and the town was full of lovely shops and eateries and everyone was so friendly will definitly want to come and stay again and explore further. We had no negatives

A very big property with lots of space for us to stay with friends. We loved the extra little touches and goodies they had within the house and very generous extended check out time. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location on a quiet road at the edge of the town centre. Exceptionally clean and comfortable beds. Fully equipped. Very spacious. Plenty of storage and surfaces to put belongings on.Off road car parking. Excellent and thorough guest information provided. Very much a home from home.
