Very well equipped. Great lication. We kept finding little thoughtful things like throws in a seating box, games and jigsaws.
A number of cobwebs up high but amusingly my mum found a very long feather duster so it kept her out of mischief getting them!
Not a major issue by any means.

Good communication from the host for entry to the property and a useful app with information about the property and the local area.
Good location, close to town and with a coffee shop just outside the door.
A well equipped kitchen with pretty much everything you need, including tea, coffee and sugar.
Lovely, large tea and coffee mugs.
Attractively furnished and decorated.
Lots of free street parking available - there is onsite parking but it is a little awkward to use.
The electric hob needs clearer instructions to use.
There needs to be recycling facilities available.
The kitchen knives need sharpening.
The two seater settee in the living room needs some reupholstering as it's uncomfortable.
The shower door in the ensuite bathroom fits not close fully.

Location and privacy
Dust under radiators and bits around the edge of living room and toilets. Small noggle but overall excellent.

Accommodation was fine, if a little lacking in natural light no helped by grey decor. Excellent showers and location good for access to town.
Parking was awkward. Ended up parking on Main Street.
Distinct lack of welcome package usually standard on Airbnbs we have used in past. In fact totally lacking in any feeling of welcome.
Main irritation was the emails leading up to entry. Suggestions to pay for extra days, early entry payments and ridiculous insurance payments all contributing to a feeling of impersonal money grabbing.
