Good location and nice size property. We were a family of 5 visiting for a wedding at runa farm, the location perfect for the local town and bowess museum. Nice walks in the area too.
We struggled with the key pad to access the house but the owner was super helpful.

The location was perfect! The view of the river was just stunning.
There were quite a few spiders in the property but given the location it’s to be expected.

Beautiful house in an amazing location. Could sit at the kitchen window and watch the river all day.
Everything was lovely

Location was excellent with lovely view over the river Tees & Castle & just a short walk from the centre, although some road noise in the front bedroom it didn't detract from our stay. We would stay there again
A small issue with the cold tap & fixing of part of shower in bathroom need attention but has been reported to the owner
