Posizione molto comoda, appartamento spazioso e confortevole, ben riscaldato, letti comodi, tutto il necessario per prepare la colazione.
Suggerimento: far trovare qualche cialda per il caffè e qualche snack per la prima colazione del giorno dopo in caso di arrivo degli ospiti in tarda serata

The area (Colli Albani) is great, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close to the apartment. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Colli Albani metro station, and the wonderful Parco della Caffarella is only about 20 minutes walk away.
The owners have done the bare minimum to equip the apartment for tourist rentals - the place is completely soulless and it contains nothing to make it feel remotely homely. Also, the road on which it is situated is very noisy at night - and there is a drinking establishment downstairs which doesn't help matters when the clientele is leaving (often after midnight).
