Absolutamente tudo muito bom e agradável. Superou as expectativas. A proprietária Rafaela é extremamente solícita e atenciosa. O apto tem janelas acústicas, cozinha bem montada,sala e quartos confortáveis. O bairro é super tranquilo e perto de tudo. De igreja à farmácia, mercados, restaurantes, cafés,ponto de ônibus e metrô. Um passeio à pé pela redondeza é recomendável. E mais uma vez, a proprietária é ótima. Tivemos um problema de garganta com meu filho que precisou acionar o seguro pra visita médica e a Rafaela o acompanhou até a farmácia e nos deu total suporte. Nota 10

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié avoir des pièces assez grandes, un grand salon, le fait d'avoir où se reposer après une grande balade ( 2 canapés confortables), la climatisation, l'équipement de l'appartement et la gentillesse de la propriétaire.
