Correct bit not more than that.

The accommodation was reasonable,but not extraordinary.

I had no heating. for a couple of days and had to ask for it.The host was not over-friendly.I really got the impression,that it was to squeeze as much money out of it as possible.

Good place to stay

It was very close to the location of the university where I had some lectures to attend, the metro is just up the road and it is very easy to go to downtown Brussels. Very quiet area with good internet connection.

A little bit isolated, not much happening in the area in terms of food or going out. However, the metro is only 100 m away from the flat and it's a direct line towards the center. Biggest downside I think is the amount of hot water available, I was alone and ended up with tepid water every morning.

Cosy appartement with good access to public transport and free parking for your car

The apartment is very well situated, 2 minute walk from the metro and just a few stops from the center of Brussels. Also there’s possibility to park your car on the streets just outside the apartment, that’s why I chose this apartment. The freeway is just a few minutes out in case you need to explore other cities outside of Brussels. The neighbourhood is also very nice, calm and quiet.

EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC

The only good aspect is that you have a garden and some fresh air.. the location is also nice unless you mind the underground metro every 10 min.

EXTREMELY DIRTY. Personally, I couldn’t sleep at all due to it. A strong and unpleasant smell in the bathroom and kitchen. Improper bed sheets and towels -which, by the way, didn’t seem clean either. Hair on the bathroom walls. A used and old solid soap sticked in the shower area (????). Dirty dishes. Everything you touched was either sticky, or full of dust. The communication was also not a strong point since you can ask for the code only upon arrival, therefore you need to wait if they don’t see your message in that specific moment. As someone who travels often and books lots of hotels and apartments, I desired some silence away from the center, but it was an unpleasant experience.

Great place to stay in Brussels if you coming by car

The apartment is great and very clean! Ideally locate if you come by car due to the easy parking. I had to reach bxl city center and there’s public transportation available in the neighborhood. The owner is very available and helpful! Fully recommend!

Une adresse proche d'une station de métro.

La situation géographique à trois stations du terminus Stockel où nous étions invités. Le lit était bon et propre. Les serviettes de toilette étaient propres.

La VMC ne fonctionnait pas et une odeur nauséabonde régnait dans tout le studio pendant tout le weekend de notre séjour. Le lundi matin au moment de repartir, nous avons constaté que la VMC fonctionnait car une dame de ménage l'a probablement mise en route. Il n'y avait pas de bouche d'aération en sortie de gaine de VMC ce qui occasionnait un bruit important dans le studio. L'appartement est vétuste. La salle de douche qui contient le WC est trop exigüe. Il y a bien un sèche cheveux dans la salle de douche mais il n'y a pas de prise pour le brancher. Le rideau en plastique entourant la douche est douteux. Il n'y a pas d'espace salon comme décrit dans l'annonce En dépit de la présence de deux radiateurs de chauffage central mis au maximum, la température de dépassait pas 18 degrés dans le studio. Il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de douche fermée. Cependant l'eau chaude était à bonne température. Nous confirmons que les vibrations du métro souterrain sont bien ressenties dans tous le studio.

Oppholdet var helt utrolig! Alt var perfekt fra den rene og behagelige sengen til det velstelte badet og den gode hygienen. Personalet var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme, og kjøkkenet var velutstyrt og innbydende, perfekt for å lage deilig mat. Hele stedet hadde en rolig og behagelig atmosfære som gjorde opplevelsen uforglemmelig. Jeg kunne virkelig ikke bedt om et bedre sted å overnatte! 🌟

In linea con quello che cercavo, situato bene, permettendo sia la tranquillità, sia il movimento.

Piano terra in abitazione privata. Simpatica terrazza con piccolo giardino, tavolino e sedie molto godibili in caso di bel tempo. Tranquillità con vicinanza di trasporti publici, commerci di base, etc. Mi cercavo un luogo piacevole dove soggiornare grosso modo solo per dormire perché le mie giornate erano organizzate e mi sono trovata molto bene. La proprietaria si è avverata molto disponibile e accogliente.

Emplacement idéal (proche du campus universitaire), logement calme.

Emplacement parfait pour aller au campus universitaire à pied et pour rejoindre le centre-ville de Bruxelles par une ligne directe de métro. Quartier résidentiel tranquille et très agréable. Logement propre et préparé pour mon arrivée.

A titre personnel, il manque quelques accessoires dans le logement : cafetière, container poubelles, sèche-cheveux, essuie-vaisselle. Le coin douche est un peu vétuste et mériterait une petite rénovation (changement structure rideau de douche). j'ai été surprise que le lit soit un 90 cm (une personne) et non un 140 cm. Il était tout de même confortable.
