enjoyed our stay

room was a good value for the money, host was onsite most of the time and responded quickly to any issues. room was good size and had an adaquately stocked kitchen. grocery store was close

Terrible connectivity

The staff are nice people - the manager Omer was very responsive, and even very kindly helped me carry my suitcase as my room was on second floor without elevator, and ensured I had everything I needed after I checked in. Although I waited more than an hour as the cleaning went on, the cleaning girl did a very nice and thorough job in cleaning my room before I checked in. The apartment has a full kitchen with all the essentials (including a pasta strainer and washing up liquid). The place is calm and peaceful. The room has windows which can be opened for plenty of ventilation. The stand for coats etc. is a nice addition. WiFi is good. I never ran out of hot water in the shower, which is instantly hot all the time. You can reach the airport with just a single short bus ride.

1. Disappointing Check-in: I had a frustrating check-in experience. The place has an inflexible ''check-in on appointment only'' and ''check-in only between 2 PM to 6 PM'' which is mentioned in the listing. My flight landed at 06:30 AM and I reached there by 9:30 AM. The manager arrived and let me store my suitcase and asked me to come back at 1 PM (promising a 1-hr early check in at 1 PM). I returned back at 1 PM, only to find that the room was not ready. I waited more than an hour outside my room in the corridor as the cleaning went on and eventually managed to check into my room after 14:30. So instead of getting a 1 hour early check-in as as promised, I ended up getting a 30-min late check in than the ''permitted check-in start time'' of 14:00. The bigger issue was that this actually wasted the whole day (of my 5 day trip). Since the check-in officially closes at 6 PM (which is pretty weird!), I had two options in the morning: 1. spend the day in city and come back to this apartment by 6 PM, or 2. Wait until 1 PM, check in and then head out to explore the city of the rest of the day. I chose option 2 and the delay meant that I could leave my room at 3 PM after finally being able to move in, thus ruining my entire day plan. If I was aware beforehand that I could only check in at 14:30, then I would have chosen option 1 and have spent the day better! 2. Poor Public Transport Connectivity & Inconvenient Location: This point can't be overstated or stressed enough! it must be mentioned that the BUS stop for bus 82 (which by the way has a terrible frequency), ''DIEGAM TENAERTSLAAN'' is CLOSED, which I found the hard way. I waited at this stop for more than half an hour. A bus turns up, I wave my hand to stop the bus and the driver just drives away showing a cross sign with his hands to mean the stop was closed. Note that in order to catch bus 82, the closest bus stop is Diegam station.

Easy access to my workplace. Carrefour express just on the opposite side of the road. Easy access to the Diegem Railway station.

A whisk would be useful and also maybe an oven, but anyway it was pretty good.

if you arrive on weekdays mostly you will find someone on the reception, on weekends you need a phone with internet, so that you can call someone to handover you the key.

Airport is nearby and there is lots of sound from it. Better to keep the windows closed. And For city center you have to spend some money to reach it.

Moderne large building with many flat hotels for long-stay workers. Sound isolation could be better. Need to close window when airplanes take off. Welcome magnetic key system well organises.

Price is competitive, studio size is large with dining table and comfortable leather chairs, clean, nice area and if you want to go for jogging then green park is steps away, supermarket is cross the road and close to train station, friendly and pleasant staff, Thank you !

Pleasant and comfortable for Biz travelling, good value for money

Is my third time already, as usual pleasant and comfortable stay. Hosts are willing to help where possible to satisfy additional needs or requests. Place is quiet and no noise from outside even in rooms facing the street. Hot water coming fist and at proper temperature.

Toilets' sanitary are clean but sometimes leaking water, could be easily fixed to avoid night annoyance. Suggest some more shower towels for stays longer than one night, although is just enough to ask to get from host.

Apartments with potential and room for improvements

Easy of access and the host accommodating efforts which went above and beyond.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and Kitchen was very lacking. The toilet was completely brown, which was not comfortable at all. The shower door had limescales like its not been cleaned in a while. The kitchen was in similar condition. The room part itself was clean but their focus should be the bathroom and kitchen. If these are addressed then its a fabulous place to stay however how long you want to stay.

Ideale per chi lavora nella zona nord di Bruxelles e dintorni

Monolocale pulito, luminoso, spazioso, attrezzato con il necessario per cucinare e con parcheggio privato. Lavanderia pubblica a pagamento al piano terra e Carrefour express a 2 minuti a piedi. Stazione dei treni a pochi minuti a piedi. Posizione ideale se si lavora nella zona nord di Bruxelles o dintorni.

La posizione diventa problematica la notte (dalle 23) se si lavora in centro Bruxelles, poichè i mezzi pubblici diminuiscono drasticamente fino a sparire. Lo sciacquone del water era difettoso, la cassetta impiegava molto tempo a riempirsi e l'acqua continuava a scendere nella tazza.
