On the edge of Monti neighborhood with easy access to Termini, bus stops, local shops and restaurants. Away from lots of tourists so it felt more like a neighborhood and quieter.
Overall the property was clean however one of the bedrooms did not have a AC unit and the ceiling fan was missing the remote so there was no airflow making it quite stuffy. There were no screens on the windows as expected in the European style but that mean flies, mosquitoes and gnats came in when we opened the windows. Gnat and mosquito traps in the kitchen under the sink would be helpful as well.

The localization and the size of the apartment was great. It’s about 10-15min walk to the colosseum (abt 1km)
The water pressure in the shower and draining the water in the apartment was quite strange. It worked, but should be better.

Great location
The water pressure is really low so we had to press the toilet button multiple times and it was hard to shower. We told the owner about it, they said they'll inform us about a fix but never called. Also, one of the beds sink to the middle.
