Once inside the resort we felt safe and enjoyed seeing the wild life in their own habitat. Appreciated the tea and coffee stations and the milk provided.

For a 3 night stay for 6 adults attending a conference each of the 3 bathrooms had 1 roll of toilet paper. When a colleague requested more toilet paper she was told we were supposed to buy our own. Understanding that we had flown in and "uber-ed" to the accommodation - the level of security to get in and out of the resort with an Uber driver was time-consuming and did not make it easy for a "quick trip" to the supermarket during the conference to go and buy toilet paper. Also didn't appreciate the threat of a fine for using the 2nd golf cart parked at our house. We were given the pin for the lockbox containing the golf cart key and found another key hanging inside the house, assuming it was for the 2nd cart as we were 6 adults and the cart states 3 people per cart. Originally thought how well organized but soon found out it was just a lack of communication and a misunderstanding that we had in fact used a cart not intended for our group.

They must invest in better pots considering it is self catering.

Beautiful space and well maintained. We had a great vacation and will come back again.

The house was extremely clean Beds were very comfortable, quality linen, pillows and towels.

Getting in and out of the estate was a nightmare. We had to fetch the access documents from the Welcome centre, then drive to a different gate to enter. There was an IT issue and the codes given to us didn't work. We waited 20min at the gate before eventually being let in manually and being told that we must request manual entry and exit during the rest of the stay which prompted us to remain inside the estate and use the estate facilities which were very limited. If visiting Ballito rather book outside Zimbali estate where you have flexibility and close proximity to restaurants, shops etc.
