10 Quarme,Zimbali Beach Estate,Ballito

Best location and ocean view. Perfect place for our yearly stop in Durban.

Check in was painless - a very quick stop at the Welcome centre, then easy self-collection collection of the keys. Communication from the managing agents is clear and helpful. The unit has an incredible location within the estate, with an idyllic view of the beach, and a beach access gate right there. All three rooms are spacious and each has its own en-suite. Everything was clean when we arrived and was kept clean every day. The house has every type of crockery, cutlery and appliance you could need, with everything in good working order. There are ample cushions and chairs for the deck so you can laze around after a busy day experiencing all the Zimbali Estate has to offer. Loved the gas braai and was a real treat braaing and enjoying dinner (and breakfast) with that stunning view. The included golf cart worked well, and made getting around a breeze. Really enjoyed our stay, and would love to visit again soon.

A mirror in the main bedroom would be great, even if inside a cupboard. Sliding doors and front door are a bit hard to open, just some maintenance needed. There's also something that trips the switches on the daily, so one does need to check the DB board often. Overall though no major dislikes, absolutely loved the unit!

Comfortable and spacious with an excellent view of the beach.

The estate security was painful. The unit is quite dated but the appliances are modern and it has been very well maintained.

Good location, very comfortable, host very responsive and understanding.

Bad WiFi and phone reception
