I think it is useful to have after hours collection at the garage, but having to drop off the keys at a separate location felt like it was serving the agency not the client. We loved the aircon, complex pool, braai on the lawn -with sea view and beach access.
I think the rental agency's management of multiple properties which includes additional forms (questions and ID- and then stating that you cannot get access to the property you paid for in full) is nonsense, as well as key drop off at a separate location and early check out of 9:30 is really annoying.

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, the unit was clean and had everything we needed.
Although not a deal breaker for us as we really like Le Paradis but other surrounding places offer free camp cots for babies while it would have cost us more to rent one from you than what it cost us to fly ours down. Just a slight inconvenience when traveling with a baby.
