Proximity to the beach and shops. Great view and very spacious!
The swimming pool was under renovation which was a bit of a disappointment.

Love the complex and the apartment. The location is great, and the complex has a genetator which is great with all the Eskom loadshedding.
DSTV not working. Fridge/freezer combo not working- frozen food was thawing.
No daily cleaning service included in the price which is quite steep.
