Very close to the beach and promenade.

Noisy street. The patrons of the restaurant across the street illegally park right in front of the unit. Lots of hooting and partying late at night. The establishment should enforce residents only access.

Excellent location.

The property advertises that it has air conditioning. There are however no remotes or any way of turning it on. We reported on day 1 that the oven does not work. Day 5 at check out, it was still not repaired. The main bedroom - wooden frame bed makes a loud noise every time you move. The pillows are very hard. With no air conditioning, no fan, a noisy bed and hard pillows, do not expect to have comfortable nights and expect not to sleep well. Don't expect help from the staff in the managing office - they are more concerned that you follow the rules than they are about you as a guest. Do not expect a friendly welcome greeting from them either.

Perfect location and beautiful, clean property.

One light was not working and the aircon remote is hard to reach as its attached to the ceiling. But this didnt affect us at all. Holiday was amazing.
