Een prachtig en luxe hotel met een schitterend uitzicht over de omliggende theeplantages. Vanaf ons balkon konden we hier volop van genieten. De kamers zijn comfortabel en het uitzicht maakt het verblijf extra bijzonder.
Het eten was fantastisch! We genoten van een heerlijke barbecue, curry 's en een uitgebreid en uitstekend ontbijt.
Ook de uitstapjes die het hotel organiseert zijn een aanrader. Wij bezochten een theeplantage en gingen met een tuktuk naar een kerk, tempel en watervallen. Een leuke manier om de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken.
Het team van Tea Hills Lake is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en doet er alles aan om je verblijf prettig te maken. Een absolute aanrader voor wie houdt van rust, heerlijk eten, mooie natuur en een geweldig uitzicht!

Tea Hills Lake is a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for peace and beautiful scenery. Hidden among the tea plantations, the hotel offers stunning views over the lake and a very relaxing atmosphere.
What really makes this hotel stand out is its exceptionally friendly staff. The team goes out of their way to make sure guests feel welcome and have an enjoyable stay. The food was good, and the quiet surroundings make it the perfect place to unwind.
The hotel is also an excellent base for hikers tackling stages 7 and 8 of the Pekoe Trail and for visiting a nearby tea factory.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Tea Hills Lake to anyone looking to experience Sri Lanka’s beautiful tea country.
The only minor downside was that the beds were a little short. Not an issue for us (we are all relatively short) but if you are taler than 180 cm, this might be an issue.

We only stayed here one night but felt like royalty. Leslie and his staff were so attentive and lovely.
We arrived a little late and they stayed up to welcome us in.
We had the most memorable breakfast here, we went to a little hut on the grounds and their was an open fire where everything was being cooked.
We had the most incredible views and will definitely come back in the future.

Mooi in de natuur, prima zwembad, SrinLankees eten is lekker, kayakken vlak bij is leuk.
Hele pusherige manager, westers eten lijkt echt nergens op, ontbijt ronduit vies, in de buurt niks te doen.
