    We have spent one night at the bungalow. It didn’t feel Sri Lanka, more like UK. Room was clean, hot shower. Personnel was extra helpful. Dinner and breakfast - good. Good place to start Pekoe trail stage 8. A bit expensive for the quality.

    Ireby bungalow (Tea Queens) is at the heart of Norwood estate. They have a great staff led by Murali who’ll go above and beyond to make your time at Tea country feel special. I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a relaxing holiday with friends or family.

    Staff are very cheerful and helpful. Sits in the middle of tea plantation like a british cottage. If you like serenity and solitude, this place is for you. But when we were there, there was a power outrage due to storm. So we were out of power for a night. Lunch and dinner not included. Not a place that is easy to get to. But the staff were very helpful to communicate through whatsapp and made sure tuktuk is there for us. It can be secluded for those who loves to shop. There are buses to get there but it could be strenuous to carry luggage up to the cottage from the bustop.
