We had the whole house to ourselves and our host cooked us a lovely supper and breakfast and organised a tour to a working tea factory.
All was lovely for our purposes.

Sehr ungewöhnliche Unterkunft, mit herzlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Die Villa ist (sehr) in die Jahre gekommen. Wer allerdings eine Blick in vergangene Zeiten mag, wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Frühstück und Abendessen auf Anfrage.

The guest house was in a decent location, but access across the railway was a bit of a challenge for the van driver. The staff were very polite and the rooms were spacious with en-suite bathrooms.
There was no card payment facility or WiFi at the property. There wasn't a restaurant in the property for breakfast or dinner. It was too expensive in my opinion. I would recommend that this is made very clear to potential guests.
