    Excellent property to stay to UNWIND and to be away from the city center. The rooms and toilet are very very clean and modern. The food is excellent. This property is on the highest point just 100meters from the Eagle View Point overlooking a tea estate. Rooms are modern. About 10minutes by TukTuk from the city center. The manager Mr.Sudhasinghe is very Hospitable and you can contact him on +94-785800741.

    It's a quiet place away from city center. Rooms were pristine, service was excellent and all the amenities were present as listed. The night manager mr.Lahiru was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay. If you are looking for a calm and hassle free stay, the place is highly recommended

    Propertry could have improve alot. The cottage design is nice, but materials used for building is very bad quality. Cooler was not working. Fridge was working. Bed sheets are with stains and cigarette burnings. Bathroom doesn’t have proper door. Can see everithing from bedroom. No ventilation inside bathroom. Sleeping was not easy due sound from pipe and flush. Also there is no sound proofing in the room, small sound in any corner of the building can hear from the room and vise versa. Positive: View from the room. Behaviour of staffs and good food.
