It’s a lovwly homestay with a very welcoming family. The bedroom is clean & comfy and as in the pictures. The shower is amazingly hot, which was perfect because it so cold!
It was too cold and wet, but that has nothing to do with the property!

Mr. Bindo's family were absolutely wonderful in their kindness and hospitality, their breakfast was delicious, and the location of their accommodation was fantastic, right in the middle of a Sri Lankan village surrounded by beautiful green plains and even more beautiful farms. Staying with them was an experience like no other. Exceptional. And many thanks to Mr. Bindo and his kind family and his kind wife, always with a cheerful smile for their wonderful stay.
Almost nothing, everything was fine in the beautiful traditional Sri Lankan house.

It’s a budget homestay. The hosts weren’t home but of the helpers came by and was absolutely amazing!
I think for what we paid and other options I don’t think it was that cost effective. This is a homestay but felt the price for the homestay didn’t reflect the quality. It’s also a bit far out… possibly 10-15 mins from city centre. Not a big issue for us but depends what you are doing in this place.
