What did you like about the property?
We absolutely loved our stay at The Farm Resorts. The setting is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful tea country, and the whole property feels incredibly peaceful and special. The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional.
The highlight of our stay was our wonderful butler, Piyal. He genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was warm, attentive and incredibly thoughtful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He made us feel so well looked after and added such a personal touch to the whole experience. Piyal is an absolute credit to The Farm Resorts and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable.
Nothing. We genuinely loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! Just to note that the hotel does not have a liquor license so come prepared and buy outside and bring with you.

Our stay at the farm resort was truly memorable. My sincere compliments to the owner, designer, and management team for creating such a beautiful property and a wonderfully peaceful environment. Every detail has been carefully thought through to give guests a comfortable and memorable experience.

Sajeev was incredible friendly and helpful
The staff were very kind and welcoming, but unfortunately the property felt outdated and musty in parts, with maintenance lacking in several areas. Considering the price point, we expected a much higher standard overall.

We stayed here for one night on our way to hike Adam's Peak, so we only really spent an evening here (having to get up at 2 am) and the next morning here (after the hike). The room was clean and comfortable, though not particularly spacious. Dinner and breakfast were fine. We thought the service was exceptionally good.
The property felt tired and outdated and it didn't seem like there was much to do in the area. We didn't think the area was particularly picturesque. There was a celebration happening nearby which meant we had to listen to ridiculously loud music during the night when we had very limited time to sleep. All in all, it was a convenient place for us to stop on the way to Adam's Peak, otherwise, we wouldn't have stayed here.
