New & Modern Old Riga apartment

Overall, the flat is great. It was clean, with a spacious bathroom, a nice kitchenette, and a comfortable layout. The appliances worked well, and there was ample storage, including a large wardrobe in the bedroom. The location is exceptional for the price – right in the heart of the Old Town, making it excellent value for money. Despite the lively nightlife, there was minimal noise, thanks to the inner courtyard view. The flat felt secluded and safe. Check in instructions are clear and easy to follow.

The washing machine is not inside the flat but on the landing and is shared with two other flats. It would benefit from having instructions in English, as some programmes take up to three hours to complete, so it's important to be considerate of other guests. There is no partition between the living room and the bedroom. A long, thick curtain would work well to create a separate sleeping area. The beds were not the most comfortable, but they weren't uncomfortable either—we still slept reasonably well. There was a foul smell in the bathroom when we first arrived, but it disappeared after a few hours.

Apartament bardzo czysty i przyjemny , super lokalizacja w samiutkim centrum, wszędzie blisko, okna nie były od głównej ulicy więc nie był aż tak głośno, bo życie nocne w Rydze trwa długo :-). Można było zostawić bagaż na korytarzu i odebrać go kiedy się chciało (mieliśmy późny wylot).

Po wejściu do łazienki na początku był nieprzyjemny zapach, taka rada na przyszłość, nie zamykajcie drzwi do łazienki jak zostawiacie apartament po sprzątaniu. Do sypialni nie ma drzwi , czego nie dostrzegliśmy oglądając zdjęcia apartamentu więc zabrakło nam intymności :-) (nocleg z dzieckiem). Widok z okna taki sobie ale to coś za coś :-)

No elevator, two floors with luggage

The location was incredible! Very central, you could walk to all the best sights, shops and restaurants. We had a big clean apartment, all the most needed things were supplied. We could check in early and leave our luggage longer on check out day, and every single question was answered super quickly and nicely! Very uncomplicated check in process.

The carpet was a bit dirty. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but for a few nights it was totally okay!
