Easy check in process and hosts were very communicative
Have to say the building itself isn't very sound proof, the people up stairs were very heavy footed and we could also hear the neighbours laughing but that's not the hosts' fault :-)

Excellent central location. Very quiet at night. Good sized apartment. Good value for money aside from issues of cleanliness and maintenance.
Cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch. We had to ask for replacement towels as they smelled bad, we had to wait for these which was inconvenient, especially as the weather was hot. There was dust and hair in the bathroom drawers/hairdryer and sockets. Some hair from previous guests on the sofa and bathroom walls.
The shower could be tempramental sometimes with scolding water even on the cold setting which was reported to the owners. The aircon was poor on hot nights. The smaller shower was useless as water just dribbled out.
