1BD Apartment with Old Town View

Loistavalla paikalla keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Pieni Rimi kauppa kadun toisella puolen ja iso ostoskeskus parin sadan metrin päässä, jossa suuri elintarvikeosasto ja runsaasti muita liikkeitä, Raatihuoneen tori aivan vieressä. Huoneisto on viihtyisä ja siisti ja siellä on lähes kaikki tarvittava pidempäänkin oleskeluun. Huoneistossa on kaasulla toimiva liesi ja vesivaraaja.

Huoneisto on 4:ssä kerroksessa ja ei ole hissiä, tosin porraskäytävä on tilava ja portaat matalia. Sisäänkäynti portaikkoon on ns. takapihalla ja portaikon edusta on vähän epäsiistin oloinen ja pimeällä tarvitsee esim. matkapuhelimen valon nähdäkseen näpytellä ovikoodin. Perille takapihalle löytää, kun seuraa vuokraajan antamia kuvallisia ohjeita. Suihku on kylpyammeessa, jonne on vaikea nousta ja laskeutua. Huoneistossa ei ole oikeaa kahvinkeitintä, leivänpaahdinta eikä pyykinkuivaustelinettä.

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance to everything, had sound-proof windows, very spacious and very clean and great view out the windows

It was a little bit confusing to find the entrance to our apartment. Would have been good to have some images along with instructions as it’s on entry is on the back of a building. Also there was a smoker downstairs and the smell drifted up into our apartment from time to time which wasn’t ideal but fine.

Great location and really big apartment.

Advertised as having free parking. We followed the parking instructions exactly and placed the parking permit left in the apartment as instructed. When we came out in the morning, we had a parking fine, and after using google translate to work out why, we realised the permit had expired 4 months earlier. The host has told us they have paid the fine for us thankfully, but we still needed to go and pay 35 euro to park for our second night and we had chosen the apartment as we had two babies and needed close parking. If this was an honest accident, I would be okay with it, except when I read through other reviews, this has happened to other guests several times since 2025. The toaster and clothes line were broken.
