Very professional service. Responded quickly to queries. Accommodation was spotless. Comfortable beds. Good quality linen and towels. Toiletries in the bathroom. Great location, 15 mins walk to the Spanish steps, tour bus stop 7 on the way. Nice area with small.mini mart next door and restaurants in the same block. Great as a base to explore. We were a group of 4, plenty of space for us, bedroom and bathroom each was fantastic and great value considering the location.
I was a bit nervous about the online service for regstering passports but it worked out fine.

Location was in a very safe neighborhood We were on the 4th floor so the elevator was appreciated.
There was no living room. The only common space was the kitchen. It had bar height stools. We traveled with our family and chose VRBO to be together. It felt like 4 form rooms.
