I was very happy they gave us early access to the property but communicating with management in advance was very poor, they gave us one key for our group which was silly and very inconvenient, the washing machine was broken…. And I never would have rented a place without laundry and feel I should get some form of refund since this can be very important while traveling for long trips. In general I would pay 1/3rd less for this place due to the above issues alone.
