Holiday Apartment Bernini Near The Trevi Fountain - 4 Bedroom

En general estaba bien, pero no había nada para limpiar y en el baño común no funcionaba el agua caliente. En la entrada de la casa había olor a humedad. También echamos de menos algunos utensilios de cocina como cafetera

Die Lage ist wirklich optimal - nahe zur Spanischen Treppe und zum Trevi Brunnen. Das Appartment mit 255m² war wirklich groß und gut aufgeteilt. Die Schlafzimmer waren schön und die Betten wirklich toll.

Die Duschen waren leider nicht gut gewartet - d.h. man konnte nur 2 der 3 Badzimmer mit warmen Wasser duschen. Anfangs hatten wir zu wenige Weingläser (1 Glas für 8 Personen), aber die Agentur hat das innerhalb von einer Stunde gelöst.

Estada de 2 dies a Roma amb 6 amigues. L'apartament és excel.lent, ampli, còmode i net. L'amfitrió molt amable i amb molt bona predisposició a ajudar, ens ha facilitat transfer des de l'aeroport a l'anada i a la tornada a un preu molt raonable, ens ha permès entrar a l'apartament una mica abans i també hem pogut guardar l'equipatge el matí de l'últim dia.

Alguna cosa per millorar de l'apartament: erem 7 persones i només hi havia un joc d claus, tampoc n'hem demanat un altre. Si hi havia 2 dutxes alhora una es quedava sense aigua calenta, hem hagut de fer torns. En alguna habitació a la matinada es sentia un soroll d'algun motor o ventilador de l'exterior.

Very good location close to what we needed. Close to Trevi fountain and many restaurants in Rome.

The arrival of our group was late due to flights. The staff person was continually informed/updated of time of arrival. We arrived prior to 10pm and were charged an extra 50.00 Euros in cash on arrival. The staff person was agitated while showing the property and unfortunately we did not see the state of one of the bathrooms before he left. The bathroom had sewage issues and was unusable during our stay. Property needs an update. The large wooden door into the property was extremely difficult to unlock and caused issues during the stay. The staff person was difficult to contact.
