Location, location, location! The ease of getting into the building and a code on the door. No keys to worry about.

I didn’t like that it took us a day to figure out where the washer was. It was located on the balcony and the host who is a management company kept telling me it had to be in the kitchen or bathroom. I started thinking they were telling me I needed to wash clothes in the sinks or bidet. Also the hall lights were in the on motion sensors which were ultra sensitive and very annoying.

La ubicación extraordinaria, el departamento amplio, super cómodo y con absolutamente todo lo que necesitamos para nuestros días allí. Mas que comida no tuvimos que comprar nada, todo lo necesario para el día a día estaba allí esperándonos. Recomendable 1000%.

- Superbly located - Double-glazed windows and a very quiet street - Helpful and responsive host - Very clean - Spacious, with two bathrooms – really convenient!

- The apartment is suitable for a family of four (2 adults + 2 small children) only, not for six people as advertised. The 70 cm beds are far too small for an adult to sleep comfortably. - The sofa bed area was problematic due to an extremely noisy neighbour who had endless phone calls from 2 AM to 5 AM. Despite severa attempts to ring his doorbell and even leaving a note asking him to lower the noise, there was absolutely no reaction - completely indifferent and disrespectful. Unfortunately, there was no intervention from the host despite the disturbance. - Our stay could have been perfect, but the accumulated noise and lack of sleep made it very difficult over several nights. With regret, I cannot recommend this apartment for a group of six as it is not adapted for that capacity.
