For the price a really great place to stay, very quiet, with easy check in instructions and a cool balcony - good location for that end of town. Also free laundry use.

The shower is next to the toilet with no barrier which is pretty standard for Vietnam.

The location was wonderful, and it was relatively easy to find with the instructions given to me by the host. It was nice to have a mini kitchen and my own space for a week. I appreciated that many attractions/spots were either within walking distance or a quick Grab ride away. I met one of the employees, Tinh, on my last day, and she was so amazing and helpful as I was checking out! This place was an amazing last stop during my trip to Vietnam! I will definitely be staying here the next time I am in Hanoi.

The only downside I could think of is the lock on the front door! It took a long time to unlock/lock the door with the key, and that was a bit strange! However, it wasn't anything too tedious.

网络糟糕，室内信号差且wifi速度非常慢. 浴室洗手间不是干湿分离，电加热水量每用几分钟就需重新加热，且洗手池没热水。房间门透光且不隔音，走廊灯光和声音夜间很影响睡眠，自助入住需要通过whatsapp沟通，店家回复速度不及时且态度冷漠

位置很好、自助checkin很棒、員工溝通很順暢、房間可以餵魚、有電梯

原本照片上的游泳池被填起來但沒有被告知（但員工有馬上給出相對應的補償措施）、床比較會晃
