The host made us feel very uncomfortable and unwanted

The place was really nice

The host is a very silly host. She made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted. She did not communicate her rules even on booking.com and kept telling us about how we’re not 25 years old. Booking.com allowed me to book as I am 21 years old but she made seem as if we were kids. She judged us based off of stereotypes without even knowing how we looked. More so, the second night, she gave us warning without completely explaining what we did and when I asked what we did, she just replied saying she has no idea. Overall, the place is really beautiful but the host made us feel uncomfortable

Perfect place for a family in a great location and service.

The house is beautiful, very comfortable! it was perfect for my family (2 adults and 4 kids), the rooms were spacious. separate bathroom for parents and for kids. great living room and facilities. The kitchen was exactly what we need, it was perfect for cooking! The host was pleasant and available for any question in whatsapp.

A good property in the heart of Sea Point.

Property is centrally located. It is very clean and cosy. Although we were just two,it will sleep 6 comfortably. Check in and out was simple. Highly recommended.

Not really much to say here. It would be helpful to have more than one key if there are multiple guests.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Dirty and Poorly Managed

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The place was not clean at all — there was hair everywhere in the bathrooms, and I had to clean the bathtub myself. The sinks had visible dirt marks, and the main bedroom was also not up to standard. There was a significant amount of hair in the shower, and the glass still had shower gel residue from a previous guest. The towels were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, suggesting they hadn’t been washed recently. There was dust throughout the unit, and the microwave was full of marks, as if it hadn’t been cleaned between guests. I was also unsure if the linen was fresh, considering the overall lack of cleanliness. I didn’t sleep well and sadly cannot recommend this place. To make matters worse, the owner didn’t inform me where to leave the keys, i had to send a message, where she instructed me to leave them in the mailbox. I couldn’t exit the premises without a remote and had to ask a resident to let me out.

Would not recommend the place because the owner does not care about her guests yet she demands money upfront

The guys we communicated with over the phone was very welcoming upon our arrival. However, as we were offloading our luggage, a rude lady with a disrespectful tone approached us without even introducing herself and demanded that we keep the noise down because she supposedly owns the apartment and the guys merely manages the bookings for her. She also told we must find somewhere else to park our car because the parking area is for residents. I could go on about the disrespect she gave my family and I. We always travel to Cape Town and I will never and would not recommend that place! It was worse when we got inside because the place was filthy. I even took pictures of the dirty bed sheets that were not changed from the previous guests and stinking hand towels. Disgusting!!!!

Comfortable and convenient. A large apartment with parking Amazing for the area

Neat and tidy. Close to many great places to eat. Rooms were comfortable and although we didn’t utilise the kitchen it had all you need to make a full meal. And all the appliances including washer and dryer. Very nicely updated bathrooms. 2 dedicated parkings both very secure. Which was a bonus as we had 2 cars. Although in the middle of a built up area it was relatively quiet.

There is no door between the bedroom and en suite bathroom only a curtain which we found very awkward as the toilet has no privacy. It is a pity as the bathroom was amazing. And the bath towels were very small. Bath sheets would be nice. It is a very hot flat but there are 2 fans available

Prime location and beautiful interiors

Location, beautiful place, and interiors. We took a walk to the beach and enjoyed a run on the Promenade. The reading nook was my favorite spot of the house.

Coming from Joburg, we were scared to leave the windows open as they didn't have burglar bars.
