The host is very nice and help us to arrange the transportation (incl. luggage courier, car transfer and taxi booking) for our hiking tour. We are so happy with the service they provided and the villa is spacious and even with an indoor onsen.
Parking area was a bit small and was on a slope. But we can handle it.

Fantastic place to chill out as a family. Lots of space for everyone and a great hot spring bath.
The property was wonderful, it was just a little further than I thought from gondolas / Matsumoto.

ダブルブッキングの対応が、普通ではなく、とても残念な対応。良かった思い出が、濁ってしまっています。改善、一般的な対応をお願いします。
