友達と家族ぐるみで利用しました。リビングがとても広く、子どもたちは到着するとすぐに備え付けのゲームで遊び始め、とても楽しそうに過ごしていました。 2階には4つの部屋があり、2グループに分かれて利用できる間取りになっているので、友達家族との宿泊にもとても便利でした。また、それぞれのグループが使えるように2階にもユニットバスがあり、大人数での滞在でも使いやすかったです。 スーパーなども車で5分ほどの範囲にあり、買い物にも困りませんでした。近くには大きなジャンプ台もあり、周辺観光の拠点としても便利な立地だと思います。 ＢＢＱグリルの使用料を払えれば、ＢＢＱのできるので、家族や友人同士でのグループ旅行に特におすすめできる宿です。
一点残念だったのは、事前に送られてきた案内メッセージに記載されていた鍵の受け取り方法が、実際のものと異なっていたことです。当日は大雨だったため、仕方なくホストに電話で確認しました。幸い、ホストは1分ほどで来て対応してくださったので、その点は助かりました。 また、欲を言えば、電気自動車（EV）を充電できるコンセントや充電設備があると、さらに便利だと思います。

The floors were not cleaned well, and lots of dust throughout the home. It needs a deep cleaning.

We stayed in the Solitude Chalet. Great location, easy walk to Nakyama lifts and Happo Village. Excellent ski/jackets/boots drying room. Amazing views. Great kitchen. Three showers, three toilets. plenty of room for the family to relax .
Nothing really. A couple of extra mirrors would have been handy as the small ones in the bathrooms fogged up and couldn’t be used if someone was showering, but that’s a very minor thing.
