The location is superb. the condo is spacious and comfortable, very welcoming after a day in the snow and good chill out place after dinner. Definitely will stay there again.
a little hard to find in the dark as we arriving Hakkuba very late in the night.

Large modern house with full facility.
One of the bunk beds is broken. Kids are scarred of the devil bugs.

quiet and self contained. the guest shuttle service was excellent for us without a car
