Luxurious Penthouse Pattaya

The penthouse unit has access to the rooftop pool which was excellent. We are a family of 6 and we have the entire unit to ourselves. Kids love the facilities. It is a family friendly place to stay. The view is a treat everyday!

Extremely good value for money. Gave us a nice break from the madness and feel relaxed. Was nice to watch some TV. Comfy beds. Id like to stay there again.

Honestly wouldn’t even complain about anything for the price we paid it was well worth it.

We had a wonderful stay in this luxurious penthouse. The view is absolutely fantastic, and having two large balconies—one on each level—was a real highlight. The apartment is located on the fifth floor, and there is a large elevator in good working condition, which makes access very convenient. There is also ample motorbike parking available, and car parking can be arranged in advance if needed. It’s a very quiet property located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood, which made the stay even more relaxing. There are plenty of conveniences nearby, including several restaurants, multiple 7-Elevens, Tops Market, and even massage shops within easy walking distance. A special mention goes to the host, Yaya, who was truly fantastic. She was extremely responsive and always reacted to messages and requests within a very short time. She made a genuine effort to help with anything we needed—and in fact, she managed to solve every issue that came up during our stay. Her professionalism and kindness really made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others. I would happily stay here again if I return to the area.

The apartment shows some signs of age and could benefit from additional maintenance and cosmetic updates in certain areas. However, whenever something needed attention, the host arranged repairs promptly, which was much appreciated. Overall, it did not significantly affect the quality of our stay.

Value of money and can stay together with all family member, private pool is excellent.

No drinking water, bread toast was out of order, leak of air con in living room, not enough towel, no main light in bedroom on 2nd floor, wall switch not enough to plug in when stay many people.
