เจ้าของเป็นคนจีน พูดภาษาอังกฤษสื่อสารไม่ได้เลย ส่วนมากมีแต่คนจีนเข้าพัก คุยกันทีเสียงดัง พอตกกลางคืน เจ้าของกับเพื่อนๆๆคนจีน มาปาร์ตี้ ส่งเสียงดังโว้ยวายเสียงดัง เปิดเพลงดังมาก มากๆๆจริง ไม่มีความเกรงใจลูกค้าที่เข้าพักเลยเลย เสียงดังนอนไม่หลับ ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามาก เสื้อชูชีพให้สำหรับลูกค้าที่สระ คือสายขาด เสื้อขาดสภาพไม่พร้อมใช้งานเลย แอร์เสียดัง
