Very nice place in a small residence of villas in the center of Pattaya. Near beach and walking street. Great house with 4 bedrooms and beautifull décoration.

Good villa to enjoy with friends or family, we had an amazing time and it’s a good locatie

room big enough for 3 family
the room smells
if open window, there's lots of moskitos and worms
air conditioner makes noisy whole nights
and need to pay electric charges
not cheap at all
