Flat was very clean and in a great location a short walk from Cosy Beach, bars/restaurants and shops. This is the more quieter side of Pattaya which suited us. The building has lots of amenities such as sauna, sky lounge, infinity pool etc.
It was easy to collect the key but the instructions given to entry the apartment could have been clearer. It took us half an hour to get in! The owner was however very quick to answer our messages and we found a solution in the end. There was no hot water in the main bedroom or kitchen but as it was hot, a cold shower didn't bother me so owner only notified on departure.
