Awesome location with easy walk to great restaurants, main Pattaya strip is a short GRAB ride away and this complex is very quiet and secluded. You are either a hotel person or apartment person. 7 Eleven close by.

Amenities in the complex are aging, the pool needs more furniture but the views are amazing. Most places don't open till later so remember to self cater for breakfasts etc in the mornings.

The fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine were nice features in the unit. The batrooms were nice apart from the fact the one in the master bedroom had glass walls so you didn’t have any privacy at all. This might be great for couples but definitely an inconvenience for family and friends staying there. Who wants to see someone in the toilet from their bed? A roller blind would be a nice addition. The views of the sea would probably have been great but it was quite hazy and overcast during our stay so we didn’t get a nice vista.

The 2nd bedroom was very compact. You couldn’t open your luggage in the room unless it was on the bed. Located in South Pattaya, it is around 10mins drive to the main shopping/entertainment strip of Pattaya. Definitely not walkable. The infinity pool was much smaller than the photos suggested it to be. It was overcrowded with people so we didn’t get to use it. There’s a sign at reception notifying people that short term rentals are not welcomed and we were told to not ask anything with reception and get our key card directly from the mailbox. So, we felt like a bit like we weren’t supposed to be there and enjoy ourselves. The amenities were overcrowded with short-term tourists. I feel sorry for those who are long-term renters or owners.
