Удобный большой номер, бассейн, все полезные устройства, кондиционеры во всех комнатах, стиральная машина, кровати удобные, свой выход к пляжу и территория чистая и охраняемая
есть небольшие недостатки, но очень незначительные, просто из-за того что номер не вчера отремонтирован. плиточка в бассейне, шкафы не самые свежие, но это придирки.
Немного разочаровал пляж - там не идеально чисто, никаких удобств. Ну и в целом, сам Джомтьен - не самое веселое место, эти виллы, скорее оазис

There is a private beach that shared with one another resort. Room cleanliness and swimming pool are most like. Facility such as kitchen and tools are very nice, price is affordable for the size of villa. High security.
Beach sand is rough. Checking out time is too early at 10:30, written as 11:00 but actual time has to be earlier because the staff's checking out process as informed start at 10:30, we are ok with it but feel unlike typical hotel -- for one night staying you must be so rush!!

The place is peaceful, clean and safe. The villa is well equipped, the pool is clean. The beds are comfortable. The host is kind and responsive.
in one bathroom (out of 2) there is no hot water. I guess some kind of accident.
The security at the entrance is rude and creates problems for both guests and suppliers and taxis. This is not the fault of the villa itself, just Thai peculiarities

close to everything.
the place is worn out, so the furniture is more or less all broken in some way. one toilet was leaking. rusty dishwasher. broken barbecue. holes in couch. od smell from livingroom. would ask for some kind of refund, if I had the time.
