The place is peaceful, clean and safe. The villa is well equipped, the pool is clean. The beds are comfortable. The host is kind and responsive.
in one bathroom (out of 2) there is no hot water. I guess some kind of accident.
The security at the entrance is rude and creates problems for both guests and suppliers and taxis. This is not the fault of the villa itself, just Thai peculiarities

Przestronna willa z basenem, personel dba o czystość, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, zadbana okolica, blisko plaży, dobrych restauracji i 7/11 :) boje się polecać , żeby na kolejny ewentualny pobyt nie brakło miejsc;)

close to everything.
the place is worn out, so the furniture is more or less all broken in some way. one toilet was leaking. rusty dishwasher. broken barbecue. holes in couch. od smell from livingroom. would ask for some kind of refund, if I had the time.
