Каждые два-три дня проходила уборка номера. Большой холодильник, имеется балкон. Все необходимые принадлежности в быту. Вид из номера на залив.
При входе в гостиничный (у шлагбаума) постоянно пахнет канализацией.

the conversation with the staff wasn't very good. we broke an ashtray and couldn't pay. we will make good in our next visit

Rooms were clean and bedding sheets and towels were not new, but absolutely clean. We got rooms on 21 and 40 floor and views were spectacular. Pools were clean and kids liked the slide on the first floor. Staff responded quickly and helped us with everything.
The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable to sleep. The surface is uneven and bedding sheets were just on top of the faux leather. Conditioner was quiet but blowing on you all night long. Also there is almost no soundproof with the hall, so anyone walking or dining the bell at night will wake you up.

Unixx is a nice place to stay especially if you don’t want to be in the center of the craziness of Pattaya. It is very well located to take the ferry to Koh Larn.
The building is modern, but the elevators take ages to come, especially if you are on a high level like us (40).
I think it could be a little cheaper for what it is.
