Nice hosts ,cute cabin far enough away from town to feel secluded but not too far.
Cabin was pretty tight even for two. No insulation so it was really chilly at night. Not a great shower.

The location is close to Vulcan Irazu, making it very convenient to get to and from the park. The cabin is nicely laid out and comfortable. The kitchen facilities are basic, but we were only there to sleep and set out for exploration, so we weren't preparing our meals there. The cabin has a loft that has ladder-like stairs to get up to it, so it is not for those with mobility issues, and families with young children need to be cautioned. The owners were extremely warm and welcoming. They couldn't have been more hospitable
There was nothing that we didn't like about the place. The owners were welcoming and hospitable, and the cabin was perfect for our needs. The only thing that could be improved on is the interior lighting at night. The interior of the cabin, especially the loft, was dark, and we needed flashlights to navigate our way around the dark corners.
