La cabaña es perfecta para lo que yo necesito, el bosque es lindísimo, el personal super amable .. y lo bueno es que no hay turistas extranjeros jaja, solo ticos (por lo menos yo no los he visto durante mi estadía).

Cabanas is situated in a particularly nice part of Costa Rica, close enough to the Monumento Nacional, a few water falls, the Turrialba and Irazu volcanoes and the town of Turrialba itself. The area is secluded and relatively quiet. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our cabin had good wi-fi.
We were disappointed that, given the location, the Cabanas didn't have views overlooking the fantastic valley below (as do most other properties and private homes in the area. When asked, the owners told us they were going for a secluded "cabin in the woods" experience. Our cabin as a little too rudimentary for our taste. We mentioned the sagging double bed mattress and the owner said she would look into improving on that.
