Cristal House Mountain View

El lugar es hermoso, cerca de la GAM, concepto diferente, la atención del host muy buena, el horario de check in y check out diferente y muy práctico.

Falta de señalización dentro del lugar porque es una propiedad grande, pero nada malo con esto.

Juan was an excellent host. The place is very remote and Google maps sent us an odd way. But we contacted him through WhatsApp and he met us and led us there. The view was wonderful!

I think everything was good. No complaints.

Great location, friendly and accessible staff, access to a butterfly garden, good views, silent and private (there are houses nearby but the place is surrounded by trees and plants). There is a controllable roof so the place can be sunny or protected by a net, it's still very hot when it's sunny though, but it's not a problem since there's a waterfall nearby.

The cabin needed a thorough cleanup when we arrived, there were a lot of insects both dead and alive (even cockroaches) so we had to fumigate. The jacuzzi kept getting filthy every time we turned it on, turns out it was because the massage water jet pipes were dirty inside so I had to fill the tub and let it run with some cleaning products. I had to leave early unexpectedly so I just cleaned their Jacuzzi for free without using it.. If you come expect to do a lot of cleaning on the first day. At least the cabin had bug spray and cleaning products... Besides we weren't given enough heating essentials until the 2nd day of our stay, not even enough wood to get through the night so we had a horrible first night. Bring your own heating if you can.

The location and the room concept is great.

The main door didn't close, the room had no key so couldn't be closed
