The location, facilities, reasonable price, easy booking process, and the host’s kindness were all perfect. This year Annecy had a heatwave, so it was a bit hot during the day, but thanks to the fan, I was very comfortable at night and in the morning. I think it’s a wonderful hotel.

Great location in the old town, across the street from a bakery. Lots of places to eat nearby. Apartment was clean and modern with fridge, kettle microwave, coffee, etc. Great shower. Host was really friendly and helpful. Left luggage possible on last day.
No air conditioning ( but a decent fan is provided) Weather was really hot so fan was very useful.

Apartment is located very close to everything in Annecy, including the old town, lake, train station, supermarket, and restaurants. The apartment itself if very clean and has all the amenities you’ll need. Bed is comfortable. I very much enjoyed my stay here.
